Count Floris V granted the citizens of Delft complete freedom from tolls in his whole county.

Three months after granting Delft freedom from tolls on its imports and exports, Floris V, count of Holland, extended those rights. He granted the citizens of Delft freedom from tolls in his whole county, also for the goods that they don't have the jurisdiction to import or export, whereby he ordered his toll collectors to leave Delft alone.
