Count Floris V granted the citizens of Delft the right to charge taxes on dry goods

Floris V, count of Holland, decreed that he granted to the citizens of Delft the "muddepenning". This was the tax on commerce in dry goods, which were measured by the "mud", which according to Sewel's 1729 dictionary was about four bushels.
This right was grant in the presence of, among others, Symon van Haerlem, Jan Parsyn, Claes van Paets, Arnoudt van Heemskerck, Claes van Subburch and Wolfert Heynrick Wissenz.
