Leeuwenhoek wrote this short letter to inquire of Hooke why he had not received any correspondence from the Royal Society for months. This letter was not published during his lifetime.

Asking for acknowledgments for previous letters; encloses an extract of Letter 090 of 11 July 1679 to Lambert van Velthuysen (Royal Society: EL/L1/44) and then discusses bladder-stones.
