Thonis's brother, Cornelis Philips, was one of the witnesses.

In den naemens Heren Amen. Op huijden den XXll en Merty Anno XIVc ende veertien compareerde voor mij openbaer notaris ter presentie van getuigen ondergeschreven

Anthonis Phillipsz mandemaecker, weduwnaer, toecomen Breugom, ter eene

ende Angenitsgen Bastiaensdr lest wed. van Pieter Stevensz de Lanque, toecomen bruijt, ter andere zijde

ende verclaerden van meninge te zijn metter anderen te treeden ende vergaderen in wetelicke huwelicken staten ende dienvolgende gemaact ende besloeten te hebben zeecker huw. contract Antenuptial en huwelixe voorwaerden in maneijren nae volgende

In den eerste is wel expresselicken deselve toecomen huwelicx etc.

Anthonis Phillipsz, basketmaker, widower, future bridegroom, on the one

and Angenitsgen Bastiaensdr, widow of Pieter Stevensz de Lanque. future bride, on the other side

and declare to be of the intention [metter] others to appear and be given in lawful matrimony under the following ?? and to have limitations certain marriage contract and marriage conditions in the following manner ...
