Leeuwenhoek went to the Weeskamer, where he paid 900 guilders to reduce the capital. He had paid 3,000 guilders total and had 2,000 guilders still to pay.

On the 30th of May 1659, nine hundred guilders were deposited by Anthonij van Leeuwenhoeck against the capital, as arranged on 1 October 1659 under Yfge Claes the concluded (veronden?) mortgage of the interest rate letter in Lade. 3 Feb. 1660 by Dirck van der Lee and Mr. Zacharius Berensteijn van Hofdijck, Weesmm.
